Chia pudding is high in protein, full of omega-3s, packed with fiber and helps keep you full and satisfied all day long.
Ingredient
1/2cup Chia Seeds
1 1/2cup Milk (Almond milk, Coconut Milk or any plant-based milk)
2 Mango (diced)
Honey / Agave or Maple Syrup (optional)
Instructions

Mix chia seeds and almond milk in a container. Stir it really well and make sure that they are no clumps.

Let it sit in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight. This will give your chia seeds time to “bloom”. The seeds absorb the liquid which then will make them soft and chewy.

Chia pudding should be thick. If you want your pudding to be a bit liquidy, add more milk til you get your preferred consistency.

Diced your mango and add into your chia pudding.

Serve in a bowl with granola and drizzle with maple syrup or agave.
