Ingredients
3cup frozen/fresh strawberries
1/3cup Erythritol sugar
1tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

In a pan, add strawberries and stir over medium heat

Add sugar and increase heat to med-high and mix

Stir frequently and bring the mixture to a boil

Continue boiling until mixture is thick (2-3mins)

Add lemon juice

Turn off the heat and let it cool down

Transfer the jam to a jar or glass container.

Please keep refrigerated. Will keep for 1-2 weeks in the fridge.
